In the rare event that the requested work on a mouthpiece is deemed too extensive or otherwise not feasible, JJ Babbitt reserves the right to decline the request. In such cases, if we have possession of your mouthpiece, it will be promptly returned at no additional charge, and we will gladly refer you to one of our trusted partners.
